Arrival & departure: On day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 p.m. Should you arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance or your room will be occupied otherwise. On the day of departure, your room must be free by 10 a.m.
Luggage storage and shower possibility on the day of arrival/departure.

Room numbers: Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a specific room category, floor, location or room number.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking hotel! Please smoke outdoors.

Bookings: Bookings are only valid after we have received your deposit and sent you a written confirmation.

Cancellations:  In case of illness it's possible to cancel the reservation. The deposit (caparra confirmatoria) is non-refundable, but can be used towards in the same year. In case of late arrival, early departure or no show you will be charged 80 % of the daily rate agreed for the entire period booked.

Payment: You can make payment in cash (according to Italian law up to a total of max. € 999,00) or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Alternatively, you can make an online transfer before leaving.

Tourist Tax
Starting from 01/01/2014 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax* amounting to € 1,00 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.
* mandatory tourist tax as required by law (legge provinciale del 16/05/2012, n. 9)
