Arrival & departure: On day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 p.m. Should you arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance or your room will be occupied otherwise. On the day of departure, your room must be free by 10 a.m.
Luggage storage and shower possibility on the day of arrival/departure.

Room numbers: Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a specific room category, floor, location or room number.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking hotel! Please smoke outdoors.

Bookings: Bookings are only valid after we have received your deposit and sent you a written confirmation.

Cancellations:  Should you need to cancel the reservation, the deposit (caparra confirmatoria) is non-refundable, but can be used towards your next stay (within 12 months). In case of late arrival or early departure you will be charged 80 % of the daily rate agreed for the entire period booked.

Payment: You can make payment in cash (according to Italian law up to a total of max. € 999,00) or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Alternatively, you can make an online transfer before leaving.
