Biker information service
Every day (almost around the clock) we offer information about tour planning, catering possibilities and places worth seeing along the routes, as well as GPS downloads! In addition, there are:

•  free route descriptions, including maps
•  free GPS data for your tours, loaded onto your own equipment
•  hire of GPS equipment for your tour: € 15
•  individual tour consultation and tour planning, depending on performance level
•  return service or support vehicle, using our hotel shuttle bus or taxi (on request and for additional charge)

Biker cracker barrel
During the afternoon, our bikers usually meet up for a snack on our hotel terrace.

Cycle depot
You can put your car into the garage …and your bike into the cycle depot. Bicycles can be left in our CCTV covered cycle depot.

Repair workshop
The repair corner in our cycle cellar is well equipped (tool box can be requested at the reception); there is also a bike stand, an air pump and compressor. Standard spare parts are available for a charge at the reception. For larger repair work, you can get in touch with our guides or Franz from the ‘Rainer Bike Shop & Werkstatt’ (Tel: +39 348 7260221), just around the corner from the hotel.

Bike Hire
Hire racing bikes from our partners Rent and Go and Outdoorcenter Kronplatz/Plan de Corones. As guests of our hotel, you will receive a 10% discount.

Children trailer
For cycling families, we avail of a ‘CROOZER’ 2 Kids. It can be linked to any bike, jogger or pram. Easy assembly and handling guarantee lots of fun. Charge per day: € 25 .

Laundry saloon
These premises can be found right in front of our bike depot and can be used for small or extensive cleaning sessions of your bike. Disposable gloves, brushes, care products and drying cloths are available free of charge.

Drying room
During the winter, the ski cellar is used for drying. In the summer months, we use our drying room. The lower ground area between the bike depot and the hotel entrance can be used for airing and drying off your sports clothes. There is a drying facility for wet shoes. In serious cases, just put them into the laundry dryer!

Laundry service
On your arrival, you will be handed your personal laundry bag at the reception! Put your dirty biking cloths in the bag, close the zip and Velcro, remove all tissue handkerchiefs and hand it in at the reception before 7 p.m. The next day, your bike will be ‘clean and fresh’. This service is usually included in the package. If not, we will charge € 4.50 per laundry bag.

First Aid
...just in case you need it! Please go to the hotel reception if you are in need of a first-aid kit. For emergencies outside the hotel, we recommend memorising the Italian emergency telephone number, which is 118. Don’t forget to put it in your mobile phone!!

Catering
A breakfast buffet is served from 7.15 a.m. After a long cycling tour, you can enjoy the rest of the day with an après-bike snack on our terrace or in the sunroom with fresh fruit, cake or a ‘brettljause’. In the evening, we serve a 4-course menu comprising of all kinds of delicacies.
For the road, we offer an energy pack consisting of products such as a Maxim cereal bar and an electrolyte drink or some home-made elderberry juice! Price per energy pack: € 4.20 (is included in the price if you chose a package option!).
