On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10.30 a.m. in order to allow enough time for the room cleaning. Room number: It is not possible for us to make a binding commitment to the floor, location and room number within a specific room category. However, we try to meet your needs.
Smoke: we are a non-smoking hotel. Please smoke outside.
Pets: are only allowed on request and are subject to a charge.
Reservation: Reservations are only considered binding if they have been confirmed in writing and the requested hand money (caparra confirmatoria) of 25% of the travel price has been received within 5 days of the booking confirmation. Bank transfer or credit card.

Tourist tax (GAA): The GAA * is to be collected by the respective accommodation establishment from January 1, 2014 per guest per night and paid to the municipality based on statistical calculations. There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions! Room reservations are binding. When you make a reservation, we also undertake to keep the room free for you for the time you have booked. Cancellations are uncomfortable for everyone: for you, for us, for guests who would have liked to come. Therefore we ask you to take out private travel cancellation insurance.
Up to 31 days before arrival there is a 25% (paid deposit) cancellation fee. This is normally covered by the paid deposit (Caparra Confirmatoria) and is not reimbursed.
In case of cancellation between 30 days to 3 days before arrival, 70% of the booked travel price will be charged and the deposit from 25% will be deducted from the cancellation invoice or credited for a new booking within the current year..
2 days befor or in the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, we will charge 90% of the booked travel price. The paid deposit will be deducted from the cancellation invoice or credited for a new booking within the current year.
We kindly ask you to use our travel cancellation protection (including some COVID risks) in order to save you and us inconvenience and to obtain financial protection for both parties. In the event of a travel ban, a free cancellation is possible
