No cancellation fees for renewed travel restrictions by Covid19 (e.g .: border closure for entry to Italy, red zone South Tyrol, quarantine requirement). Payments already made will be credited for a next stay or fully refunded in the event of travel restrictions by Covid19. All other reasons for cancellation are subject to the general cancellation conditions, so we ask you to take advantage of our cancellation protection with Covid19 insurance cover!
Safe on vacation:
Our employees are tested regularly and only work in good health. All guests must present a negative test no older than 48 hours upon arrival. Of course, from now on an anti-Covid vaccination certificate or a certificate of a cured Covid disease also applies. We invite you to use our online check-in before arrival. You will receive an email and current information from us before your arrival. You can also use our digital information platform GUESTNET. Here you will find the most important hotel information, our drinks menu and the daily menu, the bike program, a reading corner, information on the Holiday Pass including the Kron Aktiv weekly program, tips for your vacation days, the region's event program, and much more. However, you are welcome to come and see us at the reception at any time.
Disinfection & cleaning: • Hand disinfectants are available for you at all strategic points. • All employees work with mouthguards. • The specified safety distances are adjusted in all areas. • All public areas and guest rooms are cleaned according to protocol. Please ventilate the room before you come to breakfast. • All bathroom and wellness laundry is washed in-house with disinfectant detergent. The bed linen is washed outside the home by a professional laundry.
Wellness & Spa: • The sauna area is open (coronaviruses do not survive at high temperatures). • Please use relaxation loungers at the prescribed distance and only with a towel. Please do not leave used towels and blankets on the loungers, but throw them in the laundry basket. • The minimum distance must be observed in the saunas. The maximum number of persons allowed is attached to each sauna. • Massages and beauty treatments can be booked. Body temperature is measured before use.
Kitchen, restaurant & service: • Our employees in the kitchen, service, wellness area and suppliers work with mouthguards. • The safety distance between the tables is observed. • Buffets are only accessible with a face mask and disinfected hands. In the evening, all courses are served at the table as best as possible. • Glasses, plates and cutlery are only touched with antibacterial gloves after washing.
Publicity: All public spaces and buildings, shops and public transport are accessible with the mouthguards.
Your room will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7 p.m. we ask for notification. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10.30 a.m. in order to allow enough time for the room cleaning. Luggage storage and shower facilities are provided on the day of arrival / departure. Use our digital online check-in. This will be emailed to you a few days before your arrival. Upon arrival, only the identity card is compared, thus shortening waiting times.

Room number: It is not possible for us to make a binding commitment to the floor, location and room number within a specific room category. However, we try to meet your needs.
Smoke: we are a non-smoking hotel. Please smoke outside.
Pets: are only allowed on request and are subject to a charge.
Reservation: Reservations are only considered binding if they have been confirmed in writing and the requested hand money (caparra confirmatoria) of 25% of the travel price has been received within 5 days of the booking confirmation. Bank transfer or credit card.

Tourist tax (GAA): The GAA * is to be collected by the respective accommodation establishment from January 1, 2014 per guest per night and paid to the municipality based on statistical calculations. For the daily prices, an extra € 1.70 tourist tax * per person (from 14 years of age) and day must be calculated, which is paid on site. * legally prescribed tourism tax ("community residence tax", LG No. 9 of May 16, 2012)
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions! Room reservations are binding. When booking, we also undertake to keep the room free for you for the time you have booked. Cancellations are uncomfortable for everyone: for you, for us, for guests who would have liked to come. We therefore recommend that you take out private travel cancellation insurance or that you use your credit card.
Up to 31 days before arrival, 25% cancellation costs apply. This is normally covered by the paid cash payment (Caparra Confirmatoria) and is not reimbursed. If no hand money has been paid, the 25% of the travel price will be charged.
From 30 days to 3 days before arrival, in the event of cancellation, the days reserved and confirmed in writing will be invoiced at 70% of the travel price.
In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, we will charge 90% of the booked travel price. The bonus payment made will be deducted from the cancellation invoice.
