We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (European Travel Insurance)
Without insurance, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 31 days before arrival:
  The deposit (25%) will not be refunded, but credited for up to 1 year
• 30 to 3 days before arrival:
  70% of the booked holiday price will be charged
• From 2 days before arrival / no-show / early departure:
  90% of the booked holiday price will be charged

• Not included in the price is the local tourist tax (legally required municipal accommodation tax) of €3.00 per day and person (from 14 years onwards), charged separately on site.
