When do we reopen?

We open our doors for you on the 20.06.2020.
Unfortunately with one month delay, but you cannot imagine how much we’ve missed you!

How do we guarantee the maximum safety?

As a member of the BikeHotels Südtirol and Mountainbike Holidays, the safety of our guests and team members is the most important thing for us.
We believe that the holidays should still feel like holidays by being relaxing and cozy as usual.
Let us not be mistaken: we do everything to reduce the risk of infection, but we want to do it in a good way.

What are the new hygiene standards in our garage and rental bike?

The bike-garage is the place where our guests usually socialize and assemble things after a bike-tour. This will also be the case in the future, because socializing is also possible with a mask and gloves on. Tools, materials and taps are getting sanitized regularly.
The bikes, eBikes and helmets in the shop and rental Forbiker are cleaned and sanitized after every rental.

Do we still offer laundry service?

YES, you will get a laundry bag at the reception. This bag will be collected within 18:30 PM and washed with a disinfectant detergent. After dinner it will be ready for pic up, a clothes line is on your balcony.

Are we offering guided mountain bike tours?

We do offer guided mountain bike tours, they might be shorter but not less satisfying. More than ever you will get unique experiences, with every minute of entertainment, on each trail your on. The shuttle is no longer necessary, instead we might use the cableway to the Plan de Corones or Speikboden.
Biking is a privilege we want to keep.

What to say about the bike events and the days without car in Southtyrol 2020?

Tour of the Alps, Sellaronda Bikeday, Trailtrophy, Hero, Dolomiti Superbike: usually the agenda is full with races in Southtyrol. Unfortunately all of the events are cancelled for this summer, except for the KronplatzKing marathon on the 30.08.2020.

Are we allowed to go to restaurants or mountain huts?

The lunch breaks at our traditional mountain huts are still possible. The space between the tables will be larger and less people will be allowed to sit on one table. It is good to know, that there has to be at least one meter distance between two people, a face mask is only necessary when the distance of one meter between non-relatives cannot be fulfilled.

Are we allowed to go in groups?

This is one oft the most frequently asked question and we can definitely say: YES. In the future there are some facts that need to be considered: number of group members, the recommended distance and use of a face mask or our buff in case the distance is not guaranteed.

In our hotel we are used to small groups. We are guiding a maximum of 10-15 guests, for which two guides are responsible. In the future those groups will be divided into two groups and the size of the groups are going to be adapted.

Furthermore, during our tours all of the participants need to keep the recommended distance from each other. The usual distance which we recommend our guests during a tour are 3-5 meters while biking and 10-12 meters downhill. In case of a stop or in the beginning and end of the tour, there has to be a distance between people from at least the length of a bike.
