On Tuesday, the weather will remain split. In the north conditions will still be changeable, while in the south it will be fair and quite sunny. The northerly Foehn wind will ease in the evening. On Wednesday, the weather will improve everywhere, with sunshine across South Tyrol despite some high clouds. Temperatures will rise again. Thursday will bring mostly sunny conditions, with some high or mid-level clouds passing through at times. On Friday, calm and mostly sunny autumn weather is expected

Weather in the mountains

A strong northwesterly upper-level flow is determining our weather. In South Tyrol, conditions are more favorable in the lee of the Alps.
Strong northwesterly winds will bring fairly sunny conditions to the southern mountain ranges. Along the main Alpine ridge and in the Ortler group, however, it will stay cloudy with local snow showers during the afternoon and evening.

Mountain weather tomorrow

The weather in the Alpine region is dominated by a strong northerly upper-level flow.
Along the main Alpine ridge, cloud cover will stay thicker, and especially between the Brenner Pass and the Staller Sattel, a few snow showers from the north will spill over. In the central and southern mountain groups, fairly sunny conditions are expected. Strong northerly winds will prevail along the ridges.
