A good day begins with great flavours

In the morning, a generous breakfast buffet awaits, filled with homemade and regional specialities. Look forward to freshly baked cakes, homemade jams and a selection of fresh breads.
There is also muesli and grains, yoghurt, fresh fruit as well as regional cold cuts and cheeses. Egg dishes prepared just the way you like them, a wide selection of teas and various fruit juices complete the Innerhofer breakfast experience. Wake up, start at your speed and begin the day feeling refreshed and energised.

After an active day in the mountains, a small afternoon snack awaits: cakes from our bakery, fresh fruit and a hearty South Tyrolean platter provide renewed energy.

In the evening, you can look forward to varied cuisine with a true sense of flavour and a deep love for the region. At the buffet, you will find fresh salads, vegetables and a selection of different breads.
Afterwards, we serve a 4-course gourmet menu that combines traditional South Tyrolean specialities with Mediterranean influences – balanced, light and above all full of flavour. Vegetarian alternatives are always available as well.
