Holiday information
Arrival and departure
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm
If arriving after 7:00 pm, we kindly ask for a short notification. - Check-out: by 10:30 am
- Luggage storage and shower facilities are available on both arrival and departure days
- Digital online pre-check-in before arrival to reduce waiting times
Guest information
- Guestnet – digital guest intranet with meal times, drinks menu, daily menu, bike and activity programmes, Kronplatz Guest Pass, event tips and much more!
- Of course, you are always welcome to visit us personally at reception as well
Room requests
- Bookings apply to a room category, not to a specific room number, floor or location
- We are happy to take your wishes into account wherever possible, although they cannot be guaranteed
Food intolerances
- Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances already at the time of booking. This allows us to cater to your needs in the best possible way.
Smoking
- We are a non-smoking hotel
- Smoking is only permitted outdoors
Pets
- Pets are only allowed upon request and for an additional fee
- No access to the restaurant or breakfast area
- The pet owner is liable for any damage caused
- Any additional cleaning or repair costs will be charged separately

- Deposit: 25% of the total holiday price within 7 days. Payment by bank transfer or credit card possible

Cancellation conditions
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (European Travel Insurance)
Without insurance, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 31 days before arrival:
The deposit (25%) will not be refunded, but credited for up to 1 year - 30 to 3 days before arrival:
70% of the booked holiday price will be charged - From 2 days before arrival / no-show / early departure:
90% of the booked holiday price will be charged
Additional pricing information
- Not included in the price is the local tourist tax (legally required municipal accommodation tax) of €3.00 per day and person (from 14 years onwards), charged separately on site.
