Hosts and sustainability for a green stay in South Tyrol

Hosting with passion and responsibility

Our hotel is shaped by the women who run it with genuine passion and personal dedication. Together, they create an atmosphere in which guests feel truly welcome – and a holiday experience that keeps people, the region and the future in mind.

Three women who shape the hotel

Agnes, Anna and Carmen each lead Innerhofer in their own way – personal, approachable and with a natural sense of what makes a holiday truly special.

Agnes, the attentive one

Agnes is usually the first person to welcome you to the hotel – and often the one with the perfect tip to help you make the most of your stay. At reception, she keeps everything running smoothly, while also being a passionate cyclist and qualified bike guide. She has known every route in the area for many years and is always happy to share her experience with guests.

Anna, the warm-hearted one

Anna looks after the service and bar area while also supporting her mother at reception. With her open nature, great sense of humour and instinctive understanding of guests, she helps create the relaxed and personal atmosphere throughout the hotel – and ensures that evenings at the bar are rarely dull.

Carmen, the versatile one

In the kitchen, Carmen ensures that quality ingredients are transformed into honest – and delicious – dishes. When she’s not in the kitchen, she loves being outdoors too: as a bike guide, she also knows the region’s most beautiful routes from first-hand experience.

Thinking sustainably. Acting locally.

For us, sustainability is not just a buzzword, but a natural part of everyday life at Innerhofer. Many of our decisions are made consciously – whether it comes to energy, purchasing or mobility. As a result, we have been awarded the South Tyrol Sustainability Label – Level 2. Even more important to us than the label itself, however, are the many small steps we take every single day.

  • Using energy responsibly
Photovoltaics, solar energy and district heating help us to use energy efficiently and conserve resources. As a sustainable hotel in South Tyrol, we rely on modern solutions and continuously strive to further reduce our consumption step by step.
  • Choosing regional products
Many of the ingredients we use in our kitchen come directly from South Tyrol – including dairy products, apples, eggs from the Raderhof farm in Gais and honey from the local beekeeper. Our wine list also focuses mainly on wines from South Tyrol. This keeps transport routes short and quality transparent.
  • Less packaging, less waste
At breakfast, we consciously avoid individually packaged portions. Many products are made directly in-house – including jams, bread and muesli. This reduces packaging and perfectly reflects our style of cooking.
  • Travelling sustainably
With the Plan de Corones Guest Pass, you can use buses and trains throughout South Tyrol free of charge during your stay. Many guests prefer discovering the region by bike anyway. Charging stations are available for electric cars, while in winter the ski bus conveniently takes guests to Plan de Corones.

To be honest
For today – and for tomorrow

„We treat nature and people with respect – for us, that is simply part of who we are. It matters to us that we care for our surroundings in a way that future generations can continue to enjoy them too.“
Agnes, host & bike pioneer
